We will also disclose personally identifiable information we maintain when required to do so by law, for example, in response to a court order or a subpoena. We also may disclose such information in response to a law enforcement agency’s request.

Sphere retains the right to transfer your personal information to a successor in interest pursuant to a change of control of the Services or a sale of all or substantially all of the Service’s assets. We may disclose or share non-personally identifiable information (or other information, other than personally identifiable information) in any other manner that we deem appropriate or necessary, as described below.

    4. Use of Cookies, Web Beacons and Third Party Tracking Information Like many websites, we use “cookies,” which are small text files that are stored on your computer or equipment when you visit certain online pages that record your preferences and actions. The cookies the Services use do not personally identify users, although they do identify a user’s computer as well as the first name of the person logging in. The Services may use cookies to remember information users give to the Services so they don’t have to reenter it each time they visit the Services. We may also use cookies to monitor traffic, improve the Services and make it easier and/or relevant for your use. You are always free to decline the cookies if your browser permits. Even without a cookie, you will still be able to use most of the features on the Services.

Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but, if you prefer, you can usually modify your browser setting to disable or reject cookies. If you delete your cookies or if you set your web browser to decline cookies, some features of the Services may not work or may not work as designed. For more information on cookies and how to disable them, you can consult the information provided by the Interactive Advertising Bureau at www.allaboutcookies.org.

We may also use web beacons. A web beacon is an invisible graphic on a web page that is programmed to collect non-personally identifiable information about your use of a given website. We do not share or provide personally identifiable information we may collect through such web beacons, such as names, e-mail addresses and phone numbers without your express permission. Some content or applications, including advertisements, on the Services may be served by unaffiliated third parties, including advertisers, ad networks and servers, content providers and application providers. We do not control these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. If you have any questions about an advertisement or other targeted content, you should contact the responsible provider directly. To learn more about the use of this information or to choose not to have this information used by our third party advertising partners by opting out, please visit the Digital Advertising Alliance at http://www.aboutads.info or the Network Advertising Initiative by clicking http://www.networkadvertising.org/managing/opt_out.asp. Your browser or device may include “Do Not Track” functionality. Because a “Do Not Track” compliance protocol has not yet been finalized, Sphere’s information collection and disclosure practices, and the choices that we provide to customers, will continue to operate as described in this Privacy Policy, whether or not a Do Not Track signal is received.
